The Position 
 
Nrep seeks a part-time Student Analyst to join the residential real estate asset management team. Collaborate with experienced asset managers, external property managers, and skilled professionals in investments, real estate development, and finance. 

This is a fixed-term, part-time employment position until the end of December 2024. Work an average of 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to accommodate your studies. The preferred start date is August or September, to be determined with the selected candidate.

Your responsibilities will be diverse, supporting the management of the growing residential property portfolio:

  • Perform various excel analyses to e.g. support strategic initiatives and asset performance development
  • Conduct administrative and corporate admin tasks, including updating templates and updating articles of association for assets
  • Assist in acquisitions and exits of residential investments, including due diligence and onboarding of new assets
  • Undertake letting and marketing related tasks, enhancing the lettability and marketing of vacant units and sourcing retail-tenants to vacant premises
  • Assist in sustainability reporting
  • Participate in hands on work at real estate assets
  • Independently coordinate assigned projects
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including support functions and service partners

Qualifications 
 
At Nrep, we seek motivated, business-minded, and diligent colleagues. Ideally, you are a student that has completed at least 1-2 years of relevant university studies, such as architecture and built environment, finance, accounting, engineering, or business administration. A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a willingness to learn are essential. Previous real estate knowledge through work experience or studies is a plus. We value all previous work experience that shows your willingness to work with various tasks and develop your skills.  

To succeed, you should possess a positive, proactive attitude with good self-management skills. You are a team player with the motivation to take gradually increasing individual responsibility. Your entrepreneurial and analytical working style and excellent communication skills will help you succeed even when asked to complete a tasks you are not familiar with before. Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, are required.
