You will be responsible for defining and approving the data requirements that are essential to determine the Lowest Replaceable Unit (LRU). Those requirements will encompass both technical and commercial information. You will be responsible for defining the LRU on new and existing system/components, where the starting point is the engineering Bill of Materials (BoMs) ending up with a Service BoM. This BoM conversion is the essence of the LRU activity, which incorporate various factors such as safety, environment, accessibility, duration of events, efficiency and profitability.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that past mistakes related to the LRU definition are minimized and not repeated in the future, by accumulated experience and continually ‘stay tuned’ on issues raised by our customers. You will be responsible for initiating meetings with our external vendors and with our internal stakeholders for alignment of quality and expectations on the LRU, where value creation and efficient serviceability are the main motives.

What you need to make a difference

You also have extensive knowledge of a PLM system like Team Center and ERP system like SAP and knowledge about BoM structure. In addition, you have knowledge of Excel and SharePoint. You have knowledge of reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI or others.

To be successful in this role you preferably:

  • have excellent English skills
  • have a structured and organized approach to your tasks and like to work in a team and you are detail oriented and like working with complex data
  • are driven by quality and have a service mindset and ownership attitude

  • are goal oriented and able to get things done while tracking and control the different tasks on hand
  • are comfortable working independently but can also work in teams and you are constantly on the look up for improvement and efficiency. You have critical thinking but can communicate in a constructive way.

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways, your application is just as well appreciated.
