How to contribute to our vision
As a Senior Process Engineer you will be working with development of new and improvement of existing structural repair processes for our blades. You will be testing new processes in small laboratory scale to full production scale. You will be developing documentation for production processes (work instruction, P-FMEA and Risk assessments) and making risk mitigation in the process development and in production based on PFMEA & Risk assessments. Moreover, you will be benchmarking application methods/levels in the industry, implementing new production processes at production plant, supporting production in fault finding, trouble shooting and recommendation of repair methods and actively engage in process optimizations and development and support in implement of process design updates in running production and field repair solutions.

You hold a degree in mechanical engineering, composite engineering, material sciences or similar, or you have worked extensively with composite material, structural repairs of composites and/or curing of composites with a hands-on approach where you acquired your skills. You must have several years of industry experience and/or experience with composites.

You have a structured approach to your work and can handle simultaneous assignments without losing overview. You must be self-motivated and willing to challenge our current way of business. You possess the ability to work independently and in teams and you have great English skills both orally and in writing.
