About the position / Who are we looking for
As our new Reward & System Specialist, you will have the opportunity to join our HR Community in a time of exciting changes in our approach to HRIS with our recent implementation of SuccessFactors, which in Chr. Hansen we call C- People. 

Now we need you to play a key role in harvesting the benefits of our global employee master data base!

You will become part of Chr. Hansen’s Danish HR team that provides HR support, service and expert advice to managers and employees at all levels in an international work environment. In our team you will be anchor point for Global Rewards & System initiatives.

Work for a better world
We want you to be the go to person for our Danish organization when it comes to ad hoc reporting, analytics and visualization capabilities for employee data. You will also work alongside HR colleagues or managers in the process of making employee master data or organizational changes to ensure we use the system efficiently and protect our data quality. Customer centricity is key to your success and you will support your colleagues face to face, via Skype, individually or in groups at information and training sessions.

Facilitating pay decisions and ensuring our total rewards offering is competitive and aligned with trends in the labor market is also part of your daily work. For this task you will work closely with the Global Rewards CoE team of Chr Hansen.

You will prepare and drive the annual compensation review process and provide input for our future compensation decisions and strategies related to the Danish based work force. In that respect, an interest in and knowledge of labor market trends, statistics, benchmarking as well as the ability to analyze, extract and present data from our database is a must!

Your expertise is wanted
We need a digital mind with flair for numbers. We expect you to have a bachelor or other advanced degree in e.g. Economics, Business or HR and minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably within finance or HR. Most important is your interest and understanding of HRIT systems (such as SuccessFactors) as well as experience with analytics, reporting, process optimization and change management. You must be able to collect, compare and analyze input to prepare and present solutions. 

You need these qualifications:

  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken Danish and English
  • Genuinely interested in HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management and consulting
  • Fast learner - with strong analytical skills and good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams
  • Self-driven and ambitious to always provide the highest quality delivery

The Danish HR team consist of 10 dedicated colleagues located at our headquarters in Hørsholm offering services to our sites in Avedøre, Roskilde and Gråsten. The team is part of our global HR organization with colleagues in other HR functions based in DK and many other countries across the globe.
