Quality Manager for a quality-based green energy future
Lithium Balance develops battery management systems (BMS) which assure safe operation and enhance user economy of large batteries used in many different green energy applications. Today the markets for electrical vehicles and green energy storage are booming and to be able to supply consistent quality to these emerging high volume applications, Lithium Balance is establishing a new position as Quality Manager.
The job will include
- Optimising the company’s existing ISO9001 system to a rapidly growing company with increased international ties (Joint Ventures in different countries outside Europe)
- Adapting of general company processes to automotive standards (e.g. IATF16949, APQP)
- Perform product risk assessment (e.g FMEA) and manage the ISO26262 and IEC 61062 functional safety certification for selected products
- Upscaling of battery pack assembly processes to allow several 100’s packs per year to be produced
Qualifications
The ideal applicant will have:
- A background with quality assurance in the electronic industry
- Experience from both small and large companies as we are a small company (30 people) preparing for a rapid growth
- At least 10 years of relevant industrial experience preferable in both QA and production/R&D
- Strong project management skills and ambitions to shape the company culture across departments
