Are you ready to use all that you have learned about project management and data analysis? Are you able to keep up with an ambitious pace and make yourself a person we rely on for thoughtful insights and diligent support? Then join us in Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S in the Project Office & IT, where we look forward to welcome you and develop together.

  • General Management and Administration
  • Bagsværd

The department

Novo Nordisk Pharmatech has approximately 190 employees and is 100% owned by Novo Nordisk. Novo Nordisk Pharmatech’ s ability to produce and deliver quality products to the pharmaceutical industry, combined with our complete range of services within the regulatory requirements, make us a preferred supplier to many global pharmaceutical companies.

Project Office & IT consist of two teams, Project Office and IT. We handle projects of all sizes and scopes, from small improvements to major implementations of methods, processes, equipment, IT and buildings. We work with automation controlling, equipment, utility and supply monitoring, infrastructure, safety, data handling and lots of other areas related to both research and full-scale production.

As our student assistant, you will have the opportunity to learn about managing the portfolio of projects at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, and take part in our journey towards new products, more production flexibility and exciting opportunities.

The position

Your tasks will be varied, but to give you a rough idea of the many things you will be working with, here is an incomplete list:

  • Update of resources registration by working closely with the project managers.
  • Analyse the portfolio data and assess potential risks on the organisation.
  • Prepare the data to be presented for the Portfolio Steering Group.
  • Conduct necessary alignment workshops and meetings with the Portfolio manager, financial controller and the Project managers.
  • Support the Project Managers on ad hoc project workshops, etc.
  • Support the department with administrative tasks.

We expect you to work here about 2-3 days a week for 8-16 hours/week. Sometimes, when we are busy, we may ask more of you, but we of course acknowledge that your studies are your priority. We hope that you will be able to begin June 1st – or even before, if possible.

Qualifications

You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree within Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or within other relevant field – preferable in the last year of your BA or first semester of your MA. Your academic results are excellent, and you look forward to applying your skills on real-life challenges.

You have a strong analytical mindset, especially evident when you read through data and quickly distil the business impact of the numbers you see. Your excellent communications skills allow you to communicate your findings in a very sharp and structured manner, regardless of who you talk to.

It is preferred that you understand Danish on at least a basic level, preferably in speech as well as in writing.

If we can align our expectations, writing your master thesis with us may also be an option, when you get that far. Please remember to upload a copy of your academic results this far, together with your CV in your motivated application - not just to assess level, but also for us to know a little about what subjects are of particular interest to you.
