To support customer satisfaction and continuous growth within the decanter service business, we need to strengthen our resources in the Global Service Technology Decanters team and are now looking for a passionate Product Expert/Product Engineer.

The job
Global Service Technology - Decanters, is a central team assisting Sales Companies, customers and other central organizations with technical information related to decanters and drum thickeners.

You will be working with:

• Helpdesk - technical sales support to Sales Companies
• Quotes for service upgrades and rotating assemblies
• Advanced troubleshooting and failure/claim investigations at customer site
• Provide input for development of new products, service products and product care
• Technical information e.g. Service Bulletins and repair instructions
• Developing training material and conduct product-, service- and maintenance training for Sales Companies, customers and colleagues
• Interface with Logistics re. stocking and availability needs
• Product launches incl. spare parts planning

You will have frequent contact with our Sales Companies and customers. You will also work in close cooperation with other central colleagues in BU Decanters as well as Global Service and Operations, to bring service products to our customers.

What you know
We are looking for a candidate with deep knowledge in mechanical engineering and automation, and with more than 10 years of experience of decanter centrifuges.

It is an advantage if you have process, manufacturing or maintenance experience from previous assignments. International experience is also an advantage.

Who you are
You enjoy different tasks in a rapidly changing environment, are service minded, and are able to work independently upon given targets.

You are an excellent communicator and find it easy to network in a global organization.

You have a good level of business understanding, an analytical mindset and are fluent in English.

Practicalities
You will be based in Soborg/Copenhagen, reporting to the Manager Global Service Technology Decanters.

The job requires extensive travelling as well as job tasks in the central office.
