Join us and become Process Engineer in our Hydrogen department where you’ll lead our efforts in process design and integration of water electrolysis into our customers’ plants. The Hydrogen department is an integral part of our offshore wind business unit, and you’ll be involved from the early stages of project development, through concept selection, engineering, tendering, construction and commissioning. You’ll be working on numerous projects in different stages of maturity.

We offer a unique opportunity to be part of a small innovative team backed by a large organisation. Each team member has several roles with value creation as the common objective.

Your key tasks will be to

  • lead the continuous build-up of our process design knowledge and capabilities to support our hydrogen activities as part of the core technology team
  • prepare process diagrams, calculations, PIDs and system design
  • manage internal and external interfaces to other technical packages, e.g. civil, mechanical and electrical
  • be the technical lead reporting to the project manager in the early stages of a project (pre-feasibility/feasibility studies)
  • be the work-package lead for process engineering reporting to the overall technical project manager in the late development (FEED) and construction stages of a project.

In addition, you’ll participate in plant commissioning and optimisation.

Your competences include that you

  • have a degree in chemical/process engineering
  • have extensive and broad experience within hydrogen installations in process industries like ammonia and chemical plants and refineries, including process design, operation and performance evaluation
  • are experienced in technical package management
  • can work efficiently as part of a highly dynamic project team
  • have the ability to work across several projects simultaneously
  • speak and write English fluently.

The Hydrogen department is based in Denmark, but our Hydrogen projects are placed all over Europe. Therefore, you’re able to choose London, Hamburg, Skærbæk or Gentofte as your primary location. However, please note that if you choose London or Hamburg, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work, as weekly visits to the Hydrogen department in Denmark is required. In addition to this, you should generally expect some travelling in relation to your work.
