AutoCAD Plant 3D specialist - for the global rollout of the ambitious project OneEngineering.

Who are we?
The OneEngineering program is a global program launched in the after wave of an organizational change program OneGEA which represents a revitalization of the way we organize ourselves in GEA. The program aims to streamline engineering tools as well as core business processes and promote best practice. We focus on both operational excellence and the development of future processes and tools. The program is performed using agile methodology to achieve benefits faster.

We operate the program OneEngineering globally, and the main management departments, together with the core of the project management team are located in Søborg, where GEA has its largest Nordic office.

All the projects in the program are global and therefore the target group is GEA's entire operations. Taking this into consideration, the projects are both technical as well as transformational, and will impact a major part of GEA's approximately 18,000 employees. In 2017 we initiated a number of projects within standardization, optimization and development regarding both our business processes, as well as the tools and platforms we use. So we have a lot of exciting tasks ahead.

Hence we in the Technical Domain department are looking for a new colleague, amongst which a skilled Plant 3D Specialist.

The vacancy is in the team, Technical Domain, which is part of the IT department and where we work with establishing global roll-out templates for a new Plant 3D cloud solution. The global implementation of the project is carried out in a blended team of  201 specialists.

Your qualifications
There are several ways you can access the job interview. But we see a candidate with several years of experience inwith Plant 3D and preferably Autodesk systems AutoCAD Plant 3D from Autodesk - most likely as an administrator or highly experienced user. It will be a clear advantage if you also have experience with Autodesk Vault Pro and Autodesk AutoCAD. Furthermore, you may have experience with a global project in a large international company and you are familiar with Inventor, Vault and/or Navisworks. It would be a huge plus if you have experience from implementation of IT projects in an engineering organization.

You have strong interpersonal skills that you use to mediate the common agenda in an intercultural organization. You have the ability to close the gap between different opinions, and know how to communicate change successfully in a global organization.

Your key personal competencies
It is clear that you are driven by results and that you have a focus on targets and project plans. You have deep interest in understanding processes and a focused drive to proactively seek solutions when faced with challenges. You have strong communicative skills - in English and preferably also in Danish that you use to interact with the business and your stakeholders.

Your everyday assignments
You will work close together with the Plant team of 7 experts based in Denmark, Ireland and India. It is expected that you implement and identify activities during analysis, design, configuration right up to completion of all test phases and technical deployment.

On the more practical side, you will participate in the solution documentation phases for template and roll-out. You will identify requirements while communicating with the business and act as support to the business when needed. The job contains 20-30 travel days per year.
