You will join the New Production Introduction (NPI) team which is cross-functional and reports directly to the Head of Global NPI.
As our new Operations Program Manager for Fast track, you will:
- Together with the team, be responsible for 2nd brand projects and products mainly for tenders based on Widex main brand.
- Be a part of a team from various parts of the organization that plans, execute and launch Private Label projects for customers around the world.
- Be a part of the daily management team in FastTrack, including members from Global Research and Development, Global Marketing and Global Operations.
- Ensure GO strategies are communicated and lived in Fast Track projects
The Operations Program Manager has the interdisciplinary, overall project management responsibility for the tasks in the program, which primarily relates to manufacturing and supply chain, i.e. production engineering, process development, quality department, supply chain, insourcing / outsourcing and assembly / test.
You hold a university degree in engineering, economics or other relevant education within a commercial area. You have 3-5 years of project management experience from a larger production company. Practical experience with industries like medical devices, pharmaceuticals as well as functional experience in Supply Chain optimization or production is a plus.
As you will be working on several projects at the same time it is crucial that you are analytical, structured and are able to keep the overview of many (different) tasks in progress. Moreover, it is important that you have a leadership mindset with the ability to run projects independently and motivate your team.
As a person, you are self-driven, persistent and motivated by creating results together with your team. You understand the importance of utilizing your network and you convincingly engage stakeholders on all levels of the organization, from shop floor employees to top management. Consequently, you have demonstrated ability to work successfully with project teams and colleagues at all levels.
The corporate language is English and the you should therefore be fluent in English both oral and written.
