Material Supply Planner for EMA Operations
We are looking for a dedicated person to manage the inbound flow of materials to our production departments. In this job you will be responsible for a rapid high-value material flow with many decisions to be made. On a daily basis you will follow-up with inventory levels and request materials from suppliers in accordance with the production schedule. Your primary goal is to ensure material availability and in case of shortage, you will stay on top of the situation to coordinate activities. Through your daily work you will impact the raw material and packaging inventory with a balanced goal of availability and networking capital. You will take part in analyzing inventory, setting safety stock levels and challenging our supply concepts.

EMA Operations handles around a third of Novozymes’ production volume. Together with your fellow material supply planner, you will manage the entire material flow to enable this production. You will be part of the EMA Scheduling department, which besides material supply planning is responsible for scheduling. The primary job location will be in Kalundborg or a combination of Copenhangen and Kalundborg.

In this position you need to:

• Have experience (3+ years) from similar role or relevant education within planning/logistics/SCM
• Have profound knowledge of concepts for operations management and business processes
• Have good analytical skills
• Have experience with SAP is preferred
• Be structured, decisive and independent, with the ability to prioritise, establish overview and coordinate between several stakeholders. You thrive in a dynamic working environment
• Be fluent in Danish and English both verbally and in writing
