Project Description
When visiting the dentist, the dialog about changes in your oral situation or presentation of a possible treatment is all talk. We would like to change this, by utilizing the information and options already available in the 3Shape system and presenting them utilizing AR on mobile devices. Think Snapchat AR, but for teeth! A rudimentary solution already exists for visualizing a few treatment plans (see photo below from Kapanu).We envision a superior solution supporting both patient monitoring and treatment plans.

Requirements
The project will last approximately 5 to 6 months and should be conducted as your master thesis project. You can write it alone or in groups. You should be a master student enrolled in the Computer Science, Software Development or other relevant programs. We expect from you to have a relevant knowledge and experience in the following fields:

• Experience with object-oriented programming languages, e.g. C# or C++
• Knowledge of AR (Augmented Reality)
• Basic knowledge of development of mobile apps, e.g., Xamarin, iOS, Android
