For our Operational Development team within Offshore Sales & Projects, we are looking for a Lean Manager, to join us in developing and optimizing the offshore wind turbine installation and completion value stream across the world.

How to contribute to our vision
As Lean Manager, you will engage in all phases of an offshore project with the purpose of ensuring operational readiness and enable safe and reliable execution from the first installed offshore wind turbine. You will lead the development of pre-assembly and offshore value streams, based on latest product technology, equipment or client requirements, and drive the implementation in close collaboration with site management and personal. You will monitor the performance during execution, recommend operational best practice and drive offshore specific portfolio improvements.

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • You hold a background within engineering, B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field
  • You have 5+ years of lean or operational experience
  • You are passionate about operations management and continuous improvement
  • You are self-driven and structured in your daily work
  • You possess excellent English communication skills, both orally and in writing
