Would you like to put your knowledge and skills of records management to work and lead the record management strategy for a large team? 

Join us and become Lead Technical Documentation Manager in Fleet Support where you’ll be responsible for developing and driving our documentation strategy, making sure it is aligned with our ambitious business gaols. Fleet Support consists of experienced senior specialists and the Lead Fleet Managers supporting and improving the wind farm platforms that we have in operation globally. 

We offer a challenging new position with the opportunity to influence development on how we manage our technical documentation. We’re focused on giving you a solid onboarding to the business strategy and strengthening your skills and competences through the training programmes. 

Your key tasks will be to 

  • lead our record management strategy within Operations Technology 
  • perform decision support within records management for Operations Technology management, i.e. collect and communicate information, create transparency on records management implications 
  • set up and administer a records management network across Operations Technology to coordinate processes, enable knowledge sharing, identify best practice and develop standardised approaches in collaboration with colleagues in and outside the team 
  • provide subject matter expert support and validation of deliverables across Operations Technology  
  • drive change management on systems and process improvement across own Fleet management team and Operations Technology  
  • proactively facilitate regular internal assessments of records management processes for quality and internal policy compliance within our cultural and geographical settings. 

Your competences include that you 

  • have solid experience within the records or document management field, preferably within engineering 
  • demonstrate that you have the intellect and ability to influence people and inspire trust at all levels, including excellent stakeholder leadership 
  • have superior IT skills and experience with document management systems and that you know how such systems are used in a highly technical environment  
  • thrive in an international environment where fluent English is a prerequisite, and that you have excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effortlessly with your stakeholders 
  • have a proactive and structured approach to your work and a good sense of the balance between detail and the end goal 
  • know how to manage and prioritise your tasks and are able to work on several issues simultaneously.
