For a financial client, we are looking for a Kafka Consultant to help the client install and configure Kafka.

Assignment:

  • Design of infrastructure for an Apache Kafka cluster for multi data centers.
  • The consultant will, in coorporation with our DevOps team, do the configuration of our future Confluent platform.
  • Operations of distributed platforms based on Openshift.
  • Knowledge about the installation of test and production environment of Apache Kafka for High Availability and *Disaster Recovery.
  • Knowledge about monitoring and logging of a distributed platform.

Technical skills:

  • Apache Kafka (Confluent)
  • OpenShift
  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • Ansible
  • Elastic Search.
  • Operations of environments with 24/4 availability and high transaction volumens.

Start: ASAP
Duration: 2 Mdr + Option
Work location: Roskilde, Denmark
Requirements: Min. 5 years of professional IT experience.
