 What you’ll do:

We take data seriously! CREY Games has a strong quantitative and analytical focus for driving development and decision making. As part of the Product Management and Analytics team, you’ll be involved in the analysis of our data to drive improvements forward. This requires:

  • Understanding our tech architecture and analyzing data for different functions of the organization.
  • Working with different stakeholders to define information requirements, you’ll access and analyze data sets to finding insights for better decision making.
  • Engagement in a variety of analytical and data projects, from building pipelines to extract data from our core systems and products.
  • Design and run different data-centric experiments across the company, assessing the reception of new features, marketing campaigns, or overall improvements in quality and content.
  • Analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data related to our live operation and strategic initiatives.
  • Generate insights and propose solutions that will help improve CREY's key performance metrics.
  • Build dashboards and visualization tools for different product and service teams to use every day.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to innovative ideas and concepts in the analytics/data science space.
  • Work closely with company leaders to understand business situations and effectively support them, helping shape our roadmap and strategy.

Must have:

  • Quick learner and comfortable in learning software
  • Analytical mindset with a good handle of scientific methodology: problem, hypothesis, experiment, analysis
  • Experience in SQL, Python, or R. At least one at an advanced level.
  • Fluent in MS Excel, good presentation skills
  • Comfortable or eager to explore data visualization / BI tools: Tableau,  QlikView, PowerBI, etc.
  • English at a proficient level.
  • Must like games or social networks

 Nice to have:

  • Experience in ETL tools such as DataBricks, Spark
  • Familiar with machine learning technologies at any level (functional or technical)
  • Knowledge or experience in Google Analytics
  • Good eye for visual reporting and presentation design
  • Experience in platform technologies, content generation, or the gaming industry is a big plus.
