About the department
Quality Project Management, a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, is responsible for driving strategic projects for Novo Nordisk Quality. Our ambition is to drive projects that ensures a robust and simple quality management system that supports Novo Nordisk in maintaining world class quality in the future. We drive projects that support Novo Nordisk Quality ambition, many of which focus on simplifying our processes and IT systems.

The position
The following are details about the position:

  • Internship period: 6 months
  • Working hours: 37 hours a week (flexible dependant on your studies)
  • Start date: 1st September 2020 (depends on working visa and your studies)
  • Internships are remunerated, if your educational track allows
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required

You will specifically be:

  • Taking ownership of minor projects and independently run project tasks within larger projects
  • Supporting the quality projects in having a positive business impact 
  • Measuring that benefits are harvested  

Qualifications
We are looking for an Intern with a passion for  project management and analysis. You are probably studying a degree in business or engineering and have updated knowledge and interest in structuring projects that provides business benefits for Novo Nordisk. It is an advantage if you are interested in digitalisation. We prefer if you already have general knowledge about project management. We expect you to master English, verbally as well as in writing, and that you have the skills to handle a large volume of tasks (with supervision) and possess a sound personal judgment to make wise decisions.

As a person, you are outgoing with a strong drive and dedication to your work, and you take ownership of your tasks. Your strong interpersonal skills assist you in creating trustful relations across professions and geography and you bring a healthy sense of humour to your work even when the pressure is on. We expect you to be service minded, that you thrive in a busy environment and that you are great at focusing on solutions and opportunities.
