Become a part of Enterprise Systems in Kamstrup
In Enterprise Systems, we work focused on contributing to Kamstrup's goal of ensuring clean water and energy for as many people as possible. You will be part of a team of 22 competent employees, including 2 PLM architects.

Your colleagues have a broad cross-functional background and manage a wide range of different business system tasks on a daily basis. You can thus expect professional sparring and support in your daily life. The tone of the department is informal and you will be part of an educational environment where there is room for sparring and your new ideas to challenge our processes.

A challenging internship with insight into IT and business processes
As part of Enterprise Systems, under Group IT, you get the opportunity to learn more about our cross-disciplinary IT systems; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Quality Management System (QMS), and not least Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

You will have independent tasks that involve defining the processes in detail, which will be supported in our future document management of product documentation under PLM. In addition, you create an overview of related processes and workflows that must be drawn, documented and developed. In this context, you will have a significant role in the interaction between IT/PLM developer and architect and relevant stakeholders in the business. Among other things, you will have to work closely with the development departments on detailed descriptions of processes, workflows, roles and rules, and you will independently ensure that these will be part of future releases of our PLM solution.

Personality matters
We are seeking an outgoing and independent student with a good sense of humour who, with commitment and up-to-date knowledge, can contribute to the development of the business-supporting elements of our platforms. You are attending a master's degree program for Global Business Engineering, MSc. in IT or similar and have learned about optimizing business processes and workflows. At the same time, you have a great interest in the interaction between IT and business processes and how IT can support the business.

As a person, you are highly committed to cooperation and are always ready to contribute with your knowledge and professional skills. You are quality conscious, careful with your tasks and work structured. The fact that you perform your best and constantly challenge your own standards is a matter of course for you. You have a strong theoretical business understanding and furthermore have a great interest in document management and PLM (and other business systems). You are an experienced MS Office user, preferably familiar with MS Visio, but this is not a requirement. It will also be good if you have knowledge of common document management principles/processes and possibly also common PLM principles/processes, but this is not a requirement. We use Aras Innovator as our PLM platform.

You must be fluent in spoken and written Danish and English.
