You will join a dynamic HQ team functioning as the centre of excellence for Finance, global IT and new technology project management in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP). DFP is a production organisation covering more than 6,000 people across 4 continents. The department has overall responsibility of heading up strategic and cross-functional projects that typically involves several of our 7 production sites.

The job
You will get the opportunity to join an international, high performing business support unit, which consists of around 40 people. You will work in one of our teams consisting of 5-8 employees and will be in close collaboration with stakeholders from various international departments in our organisation.
On a high level your tasks will vary widely and include information gathering, data analyses, preparation of management presentations, stakeholder management, team work as well as independently driven tasks.
The work will primarily be in relation to business & manufacturing intelligence within supply chain and production environment.

Qualifications
We are looking for an intern who is passionate about advanced analytics.
You are structured and comfortable with managing your own time and deliverables. Provided the necessary support from experienced colleagues, you are capable of initiating and driving innovative improvements in an international supply chain context.

You have strong analytical skills and a good eye for details. You have experience in working with MS Excel & PowerPoint. Skills and experience in working with other analytical tools, i.e. Alteryx, Tableau, etc. is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Practicalities

  • You are enrolled in 1 or 2 year Master’s degree programme in business or technical/engineering university.
  • The internship position is a full-time position for 6 months with a possibility of an extension of 6 more months.
  • We are flexible around student examination periods.
  • Start date: As soon as possible
