Want to be an Intern in HW mechanics at Universal Robots, R&D?

We are looking for a talented student for an internship in the Mechanical Department (starting Jan 2020). So, if you have capabilities and interests within the field of developing mechanics, we would like to get in touch with you. You’re likely to gain a learning experience for life!

About the internship:
As part of our mechanical development team you will be involved in the everyday work of driving the development from problem analysis to verification of the solution, including concepting, constructing, reviewing, calculating and design verification.

Specific tools and methods may be Mathlab, Mathcad, Solidworks, FMEA, FTA, DFM, DFA.

You will be part of a specific team assigned to specific tasks, and thereby be introduced to both our engineering challenges, and our methodologies of solving them.

Task will vary according to the ongoing projects and needs.

In Odense, Denmark, you will meet our R&D Department, a diverse group of 160 smart, creative people working at the forefront of collaborative robotics in an international working environment. Together, we are finding innovative solutions to some of the most important manufacturing issues facing businesses today. Universal Robots was a forerunner in creating the industry and has dominated it ever since, so you will get acquainted to some of the most skillful and experienced people in the field, while gaining hands on experience, working with our robots.
