You will join Clients, Communication and Marketing
As our new Insights Consultant you will be part of a newly formed Group Function for Clients, Communication and Marketing and based in our Clients and Markets team working with client centricity, client portfolio management and strategic marketing.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Drive analysis of clients and markets to enable strategic marketing and sales
  • Interpret and synthesize primary and secondary research sources to uncover persuasive insights
  • Create compelling narratives that show why we are a great partner for our clients and bring findings to life in client presentations
  • Drive analysis of trends shaping client demand
  • Drive professionalisation of client and market intelligence across company together with local peers
  • Develop contemporary client and market intelligence tools and dashboards
  • Drive NPS program and manage recurring surveys on project satisfaction and brand
  • Manage reporting to external global industry rankings and indexes
  • Manage client data quality

Your starting point for constant growth

For this role, we believe your starting point is 5+ years of experience from an international organisation, consultancy or agency. Experience from B2C and B2B is equally relevant. You have a passion for delivering great insights, high proficiency in English and a relevant master’s degree in sales, business administration, economics or the like. Furthermore, we expect proven experience with:

  • Business and market intelligence in large international organisations
  • The ability to interpret patterns across multiple data sources and translate these into visualizations and narratives
  • Delivering data insights to support strategy, marketing and sales
  • Working with internal peers
  • Translating large amounts of data into accessible visualisations and presentations
  • Driving reporting processes and formats
  • Management of external vendors and data sources
  • Data quality management
  • Contemporary digital analytical tools and workflows
  • CRM platforms and processes
  • Collaboration with business units and across functions including Marketing, Commercial and Operational Excellence as well as Strategy and Corporate Development
