Join us and become Information Security & Audit Lead in Corporate Information Security where you’ll contribute to facilitating the audit process, qualifying answers and challenging management. You’ll have a key role in responding to questionnaires or questions from authorities regarding information security. This also includes training managers and quality-assuring answers within information security before governmental visits globally. Further, you’ll assist the business with investor management regarding enquiries about information security assurance, and you’ll design a process for responding to partners’ concerns in this area.

While the position refers to the Head of Protection & Support, the role will involve close cooperation with Risk & Compliance.

Corporate Information Security protects the Group’s assets and builds compliance solutions.

Your key tasks will be to

  • facilitate the ITGC audit as well as designing a proactive process to achieve audit readiness
  • prepare and coordinate responses to authorities’ concerns and questionnaires regarding information security
  • proactively assist investor management with information security assurance as well as responding to questionnaires
  • develop frameworks for integrating security in new projects and acquisitions - audit ready
  • assist with regulatory advice concerning information security matters and external/internal audits.

Your competences include that you

  • have a bachelor’s degree in IT audit
  • are certified in CISA and CRISC
  • have substantial experience in managing managers in an information security context
  • are skilled in communicating with high-level managers about information security and governance
  • have international working experience.

Building and maintaining good stakeholder relations in shifting cultural settings are vital components in this role. The person we’re looking for is proactive and achieves goals through cooperation, but must also be able to be firm. Finally, you must to be good at coaching colleagues. And you must speak and write English fluently.
