Join us and become Head of Prevention and Support in Information Security, where you’ll be responsible for establishing the Group’s information security defence structure both at an organisational and a technical level. This includes close cooperation with the risk unit and the detection and analysis unit. An equally important part of the job is being proactive in supporting the business units, also in terms of regulators’, partners’ and clients’ requirements or concerns.

You’ll report to the Chief Information Security Officer.

Your key tasks will be to

  • design, train and run administrative controls related to information security, balancing security towards other requirements
  • improve technical security defence controls’ ability to withstand cyberattacks
  • develop frameworks for integrating security in new projects and acquisitions
  • identify security requests from business units and communicate security posture
  • assist with regulatory advice concerning information security matters.

Your competences include that you

  • have a relevant master’s degree
  • have extensive leader experience managing managers in an information security context
  • have worked with high level business managers in information security
  • have experience with information security regulatory requirements internationally
  • have held positions with international responsibility.

The person we’re looking for has a strong sense of integrity and ability to proactively build and maintain trust with various stakeholders in dynamic cultural settings. Other necessary traits are resilience, calmness and cooperativeness. Finally, you need to be good at coaching employees.
