A part of a powerful and dynamic department  
In this new role as Global Demand & Supply Planner you will be part of our global S&OP team related to our Animal & Plant Health Supply Chain (AHN Supply), which is a dynamic and rapidly growing area. As the Team is recently established you will have direct impact on its structure and performance through your actions, and you will work closely with multiple stakeholders in a global environment. Your work area in the team will be varied and span across both demand and supply, in which your objective will be to run, strengthen and develop our global demand and supply processes to secure a smooth value chain securing our growth.

Take on responsibility
As Demand & Supply Planner, you will ensure an even closer collaboration with our stakeholders, and you will manage and develop our global demand and supply processes. You secure, analyze, challenge and update the demand in a monthly process including process optimization to secure best possible input to our production sites worldwide. You follow closely the worldwide production securing right volumes and mix, and work in close collaboration with each production facility to secure optimal activity.

As a demand and supply planner, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Retrieving, analyzing, challenging and updating forecast into SAP APO
  • Analyzing, strengthen and develop our Demand processes
  • Participate in global S&OP monthly process
  • Monitor, coordinate and optimize production in collaboration with production sites
  • Manage short term demand requests and problem solving
  • Strengthen and develop current supply and demand processes
  • Develop datadriven reports to enhance internal decision making 
  • Analysis to support management decisions
     

Personal profile
Ideally, but not limited to, you have the following educational back ground and experience:

  • Graduated with a degree in business supply chain management or engineering 
  • Fluent in English and preferably Danish
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • +3 years’ experience using SAP APO and SAP ECC
  • Great skills in Microsoft Excel and data handling
  • Outgoing and detail oriented
     

You have a structured yet entrepreneurial approach to your work and are analytic by nature, enabling you to take advantage of the large amount of data available to the planning team. It is important that you are outgoing by nature with great communication skills and the ability to ensure that we get to the key decision-making factors and take the appropriate actions, as well as being able and willing to deep dive into large data sets. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, have direct impact and you can keep focus in a dynamic environment. Additionally, you possess good collaboration skills and communicate easily with both upstream and downstream partners on all levels on a global basis.  

We offer
We offer a full-time position based at our Avedøre office with regular visits to our Hørsholm office. Some travel activities must be expected. Target start date is June 1, 2019.
