Software Test Architect for Laerdal, a world leading provider of training along with educational and therapy products for lifesaving and emergency medical care     

Are you an experienced and keen test architect who wants to join a fun and ambitious company, where there is focus on teamwork and sharing of knowledge?

Moment Professionals is looking for an experienced test architect who can implement and align a test strategy, test methods, improve and update the eLearning software for Laerdal´s training material.

The job
As a test architect you will be part of the Test and Verification team. Your job will include testing the different software training modules on different platforms to make sure there is a coherence between the requirements and the training software. We develop and deliver on both existing products and new platforms, using state of the art technology and a high degree of innovation. You will be an integrated part of one of the software development teams, most likely the Self Learing Skills team, where the learning software works together with our manikins (HW). As an Architect you will spend around 50% of your time with automated and manual testing activities, and 50% on defining and implementing our new test strategy.

Your Profile
It is desirable you have a relevant background in computer science, engineering or other technical education and you are expected to have at least +5 years of experience with manual and automated testing. If you are a tester with 2-3 years of experience, we would like to hear from you as well, as there might be another opportunity for you.

Your professional profile includes proven track record of:

  • Manual testing in software
  • Automated software testing
  • Creating and driving a direction towards a more professional test setup, providing better efficiency,
  • better quality, and better products
  • A mind-set and will to improve ways of working
  • Real experience from similar position is crucial
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • It is a plus with experience in Scrum, Jira, Zephyr for Jira, and test automation tools
  • It is also a plus if you have People Management experience and/or Project Management experience

  • A general interest in testing and ensuring quality
  • Detail oriented and structured
  • Persistent, not losing track and ability to focus on a task
  • Able to plan and design/structure a test
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Good communicational skills and a team player
