As member of the Corporate QA Engineering team, you will support new product development teams in developing and introducing medical devices within the fields of anaesthesia and patient monitoring and diagnostics.
 
Working from our Headquarters in Ballerup, you will join a team of approximately 15 colleagues in Denmark, USA and Asia, and you will refer to the Director of QA Engineering.
 
A global job with impact
In the job as Corporate QA Engineer, you will get a varied working day in a dynamic organisation where you get to influence product development as well as your own daily tasks and responsibilities. You will work closely with your colleagues in Denmark, Asia and USA.
 
Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Support the new product development teams with professional and proactive QAE 
  • Handle Risk Management and Usability Engineering and provide support to ensure basic electric safety
  • Handle deviations, CAPA, NCR and Complaint Process
  • Handle internal and external Audits
  • Monitor quality KPIs
  • Improve Quality System Performance

 
You can expect some travel activity (10-20 days per year) in connection with global QAE meetings, development projects, conferences, etc.
 
Experience with Medical Device and teamwork

To succeed in the job, you need to have experience with design control of medical devices and preferably have 5 years of experience with general QA. You also need to have experience with deviations, complaint, CAPA and non-conformity handling and with Risk Management.
 
It will be an advantage if you have knowledge of software requirements, statistics and electrical safety for medical devices.
 
It is important that you have a structured approach to your work and at the same time, you are open-minded and see possibilities, even when daily life is dynamic and hectic. You are able to work independently but you also like to work in teams by being a team player. It is natural for you to take charge, be good at prioritising, planning and finalising your tasks as well as being proactive. In addition, you have the ability to work with details in e.g. statistics.
