About the job:
You will be the third person in the Topsils new CI department and will have the position of project manager. Your role will be to run improvement projects with colleges from other departments. We would also like to strengthen our competences within electrical engineering and electro magnetism. Most often your task as a project manager will be to combine the expert knowledge from others and together work toward the project goal. You will manage projects throughout all stages from initiation to implementation. For some projects you will act as the expert within the fields of electromagnetism and electrical engineering. Experience:

  • Master or Ph.D. level within E-engineering, Physics or other relevant field
  • Newly graduated or up to five years of relevant work experience
  • You possess theoretical knowledge and preferably hands on experience within some of these technical fields:
  • Electromagnetism
  • Electrical engineering
  • Mechanics
  • Semiconductor physics
  • Thermodynamics
  • You have some practical and theoretical experience with project management
  • Experience with, or conceptual understanding of the following tools is a plus but not a must:
  • Project Management tools
  • SPICE
  • LEAN production
  • Comsol Multiphysics (FEM simulation)
  • JMP (statistical tool)
