Are you an independent and energetic professional that can drive change in an organization, using your experience within processes and stakeholder management. Then you could be our new business analyst, working with optimizing our order processing.
What am I going to do?
As a business analyst you will be responsible for a series of IT projects on behalf of Primeserv Denmark. You will have a series of stakeholders, from our sales organization, the global organization and IT which you will cooperate with to make lasting change.
Within Primeserv DK, your task is to support the day to day operation of our different solutions, as well as driving the strategic direction of the area of responsibility. The solutions we currently support are Integrations (EDI/API), Webshop (SAP Commerce) and an OCR solution. We strive to increase workplace digitalization and automation, where we work closely with the business to identify, develop and implement improvements to our current set up.
You will be a part of a team of seven employees and six students within the department of Data Management, which is part of our Performance management team. Furthermore, you will get to play a vital role in driving the digitalization of the aftermarket business required for obtaining our ambitious strategic business and E-commerce targets. More specifically, you will:
- Own a series of digital processes and tools, including strategy and support
- Represent Primeserv Denmark in global projects and initiatives
- Stakeholder management, making sure that both users and management are on board
- Manage testing of solutions
- Documentation of processes, new and existing
You will operate in close collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, such as our sales, IT and marketing department.
Who am I?
MAN PrimeServ is part of a large organization and it is therefore an advantage if you have experience from an international environment and feel at home in an organization with different interests and stakeholders. At the same time, you have strong people skills and you understand that it takes commitment and drive to create results. We imagine that you:
- Have a relevant master degree; e.g. Business, Engineering, IT or similar
- Have experience from a large and/or complex international B2B organization working with digitalization and processes.
- Thrive in an international, ever-changing environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders
- You can create and maintain structure for yourself and others.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system would be an advantage, as well as EDI, API, OCR.
Have great communication skills in English
You will help develop the position, therefore other skills could be useful, and the candidate does not need to be expert in all areas.
How is my new team?
In the Data Management Team, we are responsible for develop, improve and ensuring data for the aftermarket business of MAN ES in Denmark. Common tasks are often orientated around digitizing our workplace, working with different stakeholders within business and IT. Since we are part of a strategic department, we are involved in many interesting projects across the organization. The culture in our team and department is very friendly and informal. Your workplace will be in one of the following locations: Copenhagen, Holeby or Frederikshavn depending on your own preference. You will also have the flexibility to work from home some days.
