Creating new sustainable solutions for the energy sector
As part of our design team, your tasks will include the development, design and construction of machinery, production equipment and components for the Wind Power or Oil/Gas industries. The position offers the opportunity to work on technical projects and be involved with sourcing at suppliers. You will both be working alone with smaller projects and be a key contributor to project teams on larger assignments. In cooperation with our clients, our structural engineers and technical management, you will have great influence on the actual technical solutions - as you will be able to deliver creative and intelligent solutions.

Experienced design engineer with great interpersonal skills
We expect you to have a background as a mechanical engineer or similar. More than that, you have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in working with the design of machinery - preferably with steel structures. As a company, we work with a range of different software packages, but you probably have experience with designing in Inventor.

If you have experience with project management, FE analysis, QC and CE certification or similar this will be a nice benefit - but not a prerequisite.

As a person, you are able to work with shifting internal and external stakeholders. You thrive in building trusting relations to your colleagues and clients - and you have good communication skills. You have a high sense of urgency and naturally assume responsibility for tasks and relations.
