Designer for High Frequency analog IC’s

Wispry is looking for a design engineer either specializing in high frequency and microwave circuit design or analog IC design to join the team in Aalborg. 

Wispry (an AAC technologies company) is designing modules, integrated circuits (IC) and tunable antennas for high frequency wireless communication. The core of Wispry technologies are the Wispry MEMS technology, the antenna tuning device with integrated control circuits, tunable antenna designs and filter technologies. Wispry is determined to boost its capabilities in 5G frontends and antennas and is therefore opening this position.

Responsibilities:
As a high frequency designer you will be responsible for ensuring state-of-the-art performance of Wispry integrated antenna signal devices and modules for 5G.

This involves the use of multiple RF simulation and design tools as well as IC design tools.

Main Responsibilities:

• RF solution and device design (LNA and RF switch devices).
• RF IC design (circuit)
• Verification and characterization of RF devices and modules.

Qualifications:

• MSc. of Electronic Engineering with either 7+ years of experience with RF design or a master in analog IC design.
• Experience from relevant projects required (master program, industrial or academic projects).
• The candidate has experience with circuit and device modeling and possible electromagnetic modeling or high frequency/Microwave circuit design.
• Experience with ADS, HFSS and Cadence design tools is a plus.
