Senior Quality Specialist for offshore wind farms in operation

Are you able to help us to sustain and improve our certified ISO55001/ISO9001 management system at existing and future offshore wind farms in operation?
 
Join us and become Senior Quality Specialist in Operations Quality which is responsible for how we plan, assure, control and report upon asset integrity management & quality management. We are responsible for the integrated management system, supporting the business in managing our activities. It is our responsibility that everybody understands the impact of asset integrity management & quality and its importance to our success.
 
Operations Quality is part of Wind Power which has 1800 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe.
 
You may choose freely to be based either at one of our Danish offices in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area or in Skærbæk near Fredericia or at our London office in the United Kingdom. However, you should expect up to 25% of travelling in relation to your work, primarily to our wind farm sites in the United Kingdom, Denmark and Germany.
 
Your key duties will be to

  • support our operations sites and back office functions in activities related to our integrated management system based upon ISO9001 and ISO55001
  • be superuser in the system, hosting our integrated management system, QUBE (quality control of processes)
  • support compliance reviewing of the content in QUBE
  • participate in external audits as business lead for ISO9001 and ISO55001
  • conduct internal audits according to the audit programme
  • collect data and prepare management review.

 
Moreover, you will support the business in sustaining and implementing our process landscape, which is our integrated management system. You will be responsible for requirements gathering, gap analysis and identifying process improvements to relevant processes, that is non-conformance, records management and management of change.
 
In addition, you will train and support users in understanding and following our process landscape and will support the management of internal audit programme as well as develop and drive process awareness across Wind Power Operations, including training of the integrated management system.
 
Your qualifications and core competences include that you

  • have a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably within engineering or business administration, or experience from a similar position working with quality management systems
  • have experience in working with standards, for example ISO9001/ISO55001
  • have technical experience from the wind power industry
  • have lead auditor training
  • speak and write Danish and English fluently
  • have supreme process understanding and a great attention to details
  • are able to work with many different stakeholders and change management is a keyword to you.
