Global Marketing Manager - Fresh Dairy

We are looking for a Global Marketing Manager to complete our Commercial Development team for Fresh Dairy applications. We are on a continuous growth mission and need a new dedicated and skilled person on board to support and develop our business even further.  
 
Our Commercial Development organization is part of the Food Cultures & Enzymes business Unit in Chr. Hansen. We develop, produce and sell cultures, enzymes and probiotics to the food industry. In the Commercial Development Department we are 20 dedicated Marketers responsible for continuous development of our market offering - of these we are currently 7 in the Fresh Dairy team.  
 
Your primary tasks  

• Manage a large and strategic product portfolio  
  • Global product management (see details below)  
  • Range optimization/pruning  
  •  Product documentation  
• Drive innovation pipeline  
  • Involved in setting strategic direction  
  • Build market intelligence within product area  
  • Management of development project portfolio  
• Drive launches  
  • Product concepts, positioning and USPs  
  • Work with price strategies and value based selling  
  • Sales training, launch tracking and follow-up  
• Contribute to customer workshops & innovation sessions  

Your personal profile   

• You hold an education at an academic level, such as Master of Science or Master of Business Management  
• At least 5 years of work experience in an international work environment  
• Preferably some technical expertise in Dairy Technology  
• Experience with customer interactions, such as Sales, Technical sales support, Marketing or Product Management  
• Strong communication skills  
• You have a strong personal drive and are structured and are disciplined
