Consumer oriented Scientist, Household Care R&D, Bagsvaerd (DK)
We are looking for a highly skilled, passionate and enthusiastic scientist for our R&D Household Care application unit, where we are key players in the launches of household care enzyme products.

We are responsible for developing the technical story for our new products. Furthermore, we support post launch activities with training of sales force and technical support when needed. You will work with many different interfaces i.e. customers, R&D, marketing and communication and be involved in designing the value proposition and producing technical data for sales material to support this. As a technical lead it is important that you are able to motivate and challenge a team and make sure that deadlines are met in order to achieve a successful launch.

We work closely with the market and our customers so it is important to have a consumer mindset when translating the technical data into the presentation and sales materials.

The department includes 9 scientists and technicians working with development in the laboratory and producing launch material.

In this position you need to have:

• A PhD or MSc degree in science, e.g. biotechnology, biochemistry, food science, chemistry or similar
• Experience as a project leader and a result orientated mindset
• A minimum of 2 years experience in industrial application of enzymes
• Excellent presentation skills of technical data with a consumer mindset
• An open mind and good collaboration skills with many different interfaces (customers, internal R&D, marketing and communication)
