Project Specialist, Supply Operations, Kalundborg

Novozymes production is continually expanding, and new technology is implemented. Primary focus for this position is recovery, with unit operations like solid/liquid separation, filtration, evaporation, spray drying, crystallization and formulation, but areas like fermentation and granulation can be relevant in the future.
In your daily work you will work as project specialist, user-manager in CapEx projects, and analyst for technical equipment/processes in Production DK. You will act as user-manager developing user requirement specifications, installation requirement specification, justification and design specifications within all unit operations in recovery. This includes assisting Production DK with technical support (e.g. troubleshooting and small CapEx projects). You will also be a part of developing technical plans for Production DK. You will use your process and project oriented talents to turn opportunities into tangible business value. In this position you need to have:
- A bachelor or master degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or similar
- Experience from a similar position/industry
- Experience with designs of process equipment and GMP/hygiene
- Strong project user-manager skills, and knowledge about CapEx projects is an advantage
- The ability to adapt easily during time of changes
- Very strong analytical skills, and the ability to master Excel and similar programs
- A high drive and seek to influence technology choices and better practice sharing
