You are a team player with a strong drive, getting your energy from short deadlines and achieving results in close collaboration with colleagues from different parts of the organisation. You dare to challenge the existing and making own opinions known in a solution oriented way and always with a focus on how to create value for the business.

As you will engage with stakeholders throughout our organisation, excellent interpersonal skills are vital including the ability to communicate and involve yourself in different levels of the organisation. In addition, it is important that you feel comfortable in an extrovert role and that you are strong in building network and trust with your stakeholders.
