Kamstrup’s water solutions business is in a rapid development and will cover all aspects of intelligent metering and sensor solutions in the future. To support our growth, we are strengthening our product team within intelligent water metering solutions and we are therefore looking for a Product Specialist to handle sensors and radio communication equipment. In this position, you can expect to be part of a dedicated and ambitious team of engineers, determined to make Kamstrup the best within intelligent water metering solutions. 

A job with focus on details and quality
Our products are a combination of water quality sensors and communication infrastructure components such as radio concentrators and gateways. With your in-depth technical knowledge of the product portfolio, you will be an important part of new product development projects ensuring that market requirements are fulfilled and that standards and documentation are in place.

As Product Specialist in our water solutions team, you become responsible for maintaining our hardware product portfolio 
in terms of:

• Documentation
• Type approvals
• Ordering procedures and sourcing agreements

Further, you will share your expertise with our sales department at training seminars, and you will assist with technical support at sales presentations and in tender processes. 

Personality matters
You have a technical background as engineer or general technician. Furthermore, you have a strong technical background within radio communication, RTTE/RED and experience in standardization and type approval procedures. Experience from the water sector is an advantage.

As a person, you are process-orientated and structured. Furthermore, you have a high degree of quality awareness and attention to detail. You have an open mind and strong communication skills that enable you to communicate information to various target groups in relation to sales training and presentations. 

You are team- and result-oriented and ready to make a different in your daily work. You meet new challenges with a smile and a passion for your field. 
The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. In addition, a thorough understanding of the Scandinavian languages is an advantage – in particular Danish. Knowledge of the German languages is an advantage as well.

You can expect around 30-40 travelling days per year.
