Do you want to support world class science? DTU Biosustain is searching for a student to help run the Next Generation Sequencing lab. 

You will work together with the scientists in our center, which performs genetic engineering and high throughput screening of mammalian and microbial strains.

Student with basic laboratory skills
As a suitable candidate, you might currently be studying for a Bachelor of Master in molecular biology, biotechnology, chemistry or similar subjects. You will need to have some laboratory skills and familiarity with standard laboratory equipment such as pipettes and centrifuges etc.

The job requires a person who is able to concentrate on the task at hand and keep very careful track of their work.

Salary and appointment terms
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with DTU policy

The position is part-time with negotiable working hours up to 15 hours per week.  

Place of work is DTU Biosustain in Hørsholm, soon to be located at DTU main campus in Lyngby.
