Your responsibilities:
- Design manual and automation test scripts
- Write test documentation/reports
- Conduct test activities: discover vulnerabilities within the application and correct code to a higher standard
- Using unit testing, debugging, developing tickets and follow up with customers
- Add test competencies to the development department
- Work in an agile development team
You are:
- An experienced software test engineer (min. 4 years experience)
- Experienced in different testing tools, test scenarios and automation tests
- Proficient in at least one high level programming language (Java, JavaScript, C++, Python etc.)
- Experienced working with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle/PostgreSQL) and ability to write quires to help automation and troubleshooting
- Ideally also proficient in the programming languages AngularJS and NodeJS - from a testing prospective
- Able to communicate effectively with team members, managers etc.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Educated in Computer Science (BA+), Engineering/Software Engineering (MS) or the like
