Quality Assurance Test Manager

Are you looking for an opportunity to design, build and manage the IT quality assurance processes of a portfolio of IT projects in a cutting edge technological IT environment? We are looking to recruit a motivated and highly talented individual who is looking for the opportunity to strategically build up the IT quality assurance processes of an IT organisation. 

Your first task will be to design and build the IT quality assurance process and tools in Danske Commodities based on industry best practise. Another task will be to lead the testing of a large Energy Trading & Risk Management project throughout 2016 and 2017 where you have the overall responsibility to ensure, that the business requirements are tested to agreed time, cost and quality metrics. Throughout this project you will also do continuous improvements to the newly developed IT quality assurance processes. Lastly you will be asked to oversee the quality assurance processes of the full portfolio of IT projects in IT Solutions.

Your responsibilities 

• Design, build and manage dc’s IT quality assurance processes, tools and environment to a high standard
• Ensure that functional and technical requirements are tested to agreed scope, time, cost and quality metrics on a portfolio of IT projects
• Lead the testing of large projects and take overall test accountability for these projects including
• provision of test approach, strategy and plans and presentation to key stakeholders
• creation of all test artefacts throughout the requirement gathering and development stages
• coordination of test activities
• accurate and comprehensive reports on testing progress/issues, remedial action and test completion reports
• Provide leadership and guidance to Test Leads in the development teams to ensure alignment with standards
• Lead a network group for Test Leads in dc

Your qualifications 
We expect that you have:

• Experience with the design, build and management of IT quality assurance processes, tools and environment
• Project management and methodologies in some capacity
• Proven success in managing internal and external relationships and dealing with a variety of stakeholder situations and comfortable influencing and challenging your stakeholders
• Testing professional certification like ISTQB or similar an advantage but not required
• A relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree
