On behalf of Deltek located in Østerbro central of Copenhagen, People In Action is looking for Software Developers for the Application team.

Position
You will participate in designing and building new product features into Deltek’s standard product, the Maconomy ERP system. As a part of the team, you will be recognized for your talent and get an opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects with experienced colleagues. You will join a team that is dynamic, international and highly skilled. Furthermore, you will work closely with product management. 

You will design and implement customer critical features as well as have the responsibility of generalizing these features for a standard software system so the functionality can be used by thousands of users. You utilize tools such as Eclipse, TFS, SQL, domain specific programming language, domain specific test framework and many other internally developed tools. 

Your work tasks will include: 

• Feature design with focus on generalization and high quality to fulfill the needs of our customers and ensure that we stay productive in the long run;
• Implementation of new functionality and database design;
• Problem solving challenges working with bug fixing and support cases; 
• Work closely with our technology-, quality assurance-, consulting-, customer care and product management teams.

Qualifications and Experience
You have recently graduated or about to do your master thesis this summer in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar. You are passionate about software development and one of the best students in your class. 

Furthermore, you:

• Have strong software design skills in such as Java, C++ or c#
• Have excellent coding and implementation skills, 
• Are a curious person with a strong desire to learn and understand the wishes and needs of the user.

Person
You are passionate about software development and like to share your knowhow with your colleagues 

Additionally, you 

• Have a structured work approach, are focused on quality and understand user wishes, while balancing this with technical limitations.
• Are a focused, abstract thinker with excellent communication skills, in Danish and English both oral and written
• have a good deal of self-confidence and not unsure about asking questions
