Electronics Engineer at FOSS in the Quality department

The Job
Foss is looking for an engineer to take on the challenge as electronics engineer in our Quality department.

Foss develops and produces state of the art analysis instruments for analysis of milk, meat, grain, wine and more. Our instruments combine sophisticated flow systems and mechanical features with state of the art electronics and optics. The job offers a lot of variation in the type of tasks to be solved, spanning from electronic circuit design, simulation and test to trouble shooting on optical and electro mechanical interfaces. Tasks often require a coordinated effort across the organization. You will be situated in our production facility on Slangerupgade in Hillerød in a team of highly skilled mechanical and electrical engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

• You hold a Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in Electrical engineering.
• Experience with design of analog circuits (filters, amplifier circuitry and A/D)
• Experience with design of digital electronics (up, DSP, CPLD and FPGA)
• Experience with VHDL
• Experience with Orcad Capture and Pspice
• Knowledge of optics and light
• Understanding of EMC
• Knowledge of X-Ray technology
• Understanding of electro mechanical interfaces
• Able to plan your own time and coordinate smaller tasks/projects
• Able to use a soldering iron and not afraid of hands-on work

Corporate language is English, but we speak Danish at the office - and expect you to be fluent in both languages.
