Then this position as Technical Market Supporter in our VELUX Modular Skylights (VMS) team based at our Head Office in Hørsholm could be the next step in your career.

Your challenges
You will join a team of five people in our VMS Technical Market Support, who are responsible for supporting and advising our local sales companies within all technical aspects of our products.

VELUX Modular Skylights are fully prefabricated skylights used in many building types including offices, public buildings, educational buildings and residential properties.

Your primary tasks will be to:

• respond to queries from the sales companies (mainly e-mail and telephone)
• give technical advice to external architects in close collaboration with our sales companies
• guide external builders on-site about our modular skylight products to ensure correct installation
• organise and facilitate VMS product and installation training - both externally and internally within the VELUX Group
• collect input and feedback in connection with our VMS projects and liaise with our Product Development team in order to improve, optimise and develop our products so that they match the needs of our target markets.
• Being part of a global organisation, you can expect to travel 30-40 days annually.

Your qualifications
You have an Engineering degree or other relevant technical background (e.g. construction manager), 1-3 years’ experience from working in an international environment, and ideally, you have knowledge of roof windows and roof installations.

You are a team player, possess great drive, and communicate and collaborate easily with people from different cultural backgrounds - both internally and externally. It is important that you can navigate within a matrix organisation with many different stakeholders and that you can achieve results in this type of environment.

You have a structured and persistent approach to task solving and take pride in completing your tasks on time. You like having a busy schedule and enjoy juggling several different tasks at once.

We expect you are well acquainted with the MS Office tools and ACAD or Revit.

If you have experience working with electrical products, managing technical values and knowledge of smoke ventilation, it would be beneficial.

Last, but not least, you communicate fluently in English and Danish both in speech and writing.
