Software Developer for TETRA Infrastructure

About the position:
You will be working in a team of experts that drive the development of future solutions within TETRA infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of software development from front-end requirement analysis to product realization and meeting milestones and customer expectation.

You are innovative, ambitious and willing to take challenging tasks within mission critical telecommunications systems at Motorola Solutions with the overall goal of delivering quality software to our customers and organization.

Our projects are mainly organized in small empowered teams of 4 to 6 people using agile software development methods and with focus on innovation and lean way of working.

Your profile:

• University degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science.
• Software design and development experience.
• Good knowledge of C/C++ development and/or functional programming (Erlang, LISP, etc.)
• Familiar with real time software development and multi-site software configuration management principles and practices
• Experience with Data and/or telecommunications networks
• You are familiar with Agile development methodologies
• Experience within one or more of the following areas will be an advantage
• Soft real time call processing software design
• Core mobile network development
• Cloud based software solutions
• Perl script and Java
• Software Management Configuration tool like GIT or ClearCase
• Wireless Mobility management
• Multi-site and international teamwork experience
