Our client Fluisense has been selected as one of the 15 most promising and innovative start-up companies in Denmark, and we are now on the lookout for a Lead Software Developer. Fluisense develops a unique medical device, Fluispotter, which is a portable automatic blood sampling device that enables new diagnostic possibilities.
The next step is to develop the applications that will make it possible for the Fluisense customers to load the individual Fluispotters with specific sampling schedules and extract and save run-data. The user interface targets hospitals, clinics and research facilities worldwide.
Are you passioned about developing PC applications?
As Lead Software Developer you will be taking charge of designing and developing the solution infrastructure from PC workstations at customers to back-end servers at Fluisense. This entails full stack development, from architecture and design, development of the application in C#/.Net to implementation.
You will be working on database structure and integration to user interface, and hold the responsibility for establishing the data harvesting structure and integration from application device to central database. Fluisense also need you to develop specific software tools for production and testing purposes.
The application should make it possible to track and monitor the devices when they are up and running on sites worldwide. Fluisense need to be able to make remote firmware updates on the devices and be able to see the performance of the devices in order to support the customers. This will also provide Fluisense with data that is crucial in the further development of the Fluispotter.
The documentation requirements are of high standard, being a medical device application. So you will be working also on creating documentation, software tests and specifications.
Strong overview and a keen eye for usability
We expect you to have a Masters degree and at least 10 years professional experience of software development, preferably with experience from the medical sector. You are self-driven from idea to execution, and you thrive when you work in close collaboration with your environment.
You are motivated by and have experience in taking the leading role in architecture, design and development, as well as managing your project to meet the deadlines required. You think and speak in C# and SQL fluently, and have experience in UI design.
Furthermore, you are eager to learn, good at finding solutions and you thrive when you are one-of-a-kind in the company.
