We are growing our business with existing as well as new customers and are looking for Associate Service Delivery Managers to deliver high quality to some of Denmark’s large companies.
You will play a key role in delivering customer specific services and you will contribute to continued growth in our business with our core customers
Your responsibilities as an associate service delivery manager
As an Associate Service Delivery Manager you will be a strong representative for NNIT’s services and through your professionalism, business sense and follow-up abilities you will become a valued business partner for our customers.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Service Delivery Management, SLA reporting, invoicing and securing a high level of satisfaction with the customer
Ensuring a high level in our monthly reports and documentation
Ensuring a best-practice utilisation of NNIT’s global delivery model
Coordinating assignments in the team and towards our customers
Ensuring improvements and best practices within NNIT’s Service Delivery Management - on specific customers as well as across customers
You will work together with the best Service Delivery Managers, ensuring best-in-class training for you.
You will join our IT Service & Project Management team
You will be part of a high-quality delivery team of Service Delivery Managers, Service Managers, Architects, Project Managers and Consultants. In close cooperation with the customer responsible Service Delivery Managers you will work on NNIT becoming a strategic partner for our customers.
The team is part of IT Operations Services responsible for everything from infrastructure and applications to complete orchestration and support of our customers’ IT solutions. Our work processes are based on best practice and our procedures follow ITIL standards.
Your qualifications and experience
You have a relevant higher education, possibly combined with Associate Service Delivery Manager experience or similar. Alternatively you may work as a Management Consultant.
You are an experienced manager of projects and make things happen. Simultaneously you keep an overall view and are able to have a lot on your plate at the same time.
Furthermore, you are ITIL certified (or are familiar with it) and you communicate fluently in English as well as Danish (written and verbally).
As a person you are ambitious, dynamic and committed. You stand your ground and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. You are also a team player who sees the bigger picture and you finish tasks and create results.
Last, but not least, you are assertive, persistent, have a well-developed humour and do your utmost to contribute to a great atmosphere in the office.
