Specialist to Global Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)

Great variety of tasks with global perspective
As EHS Specialist you will play an important role in our on-going growth and globalisation of systems and processes. Your work will benefit colleagues as well as users of LEO Pharma’s products. In overview your primary tasks will be to:

  • prepare impact statements on EHS and REACH legislation/standards
  • provide guidance on implementation requirements and change management
  • monitor CMO certifications within EHS - ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and their compliance in relation to EHS and REACH legislation
  • manage and execute audit activities to monitor suppliers and CMO’s
  • prepare and review audit reports
  • follow up on audits

You can look forward to a job with great responsibility in a global environment where you will have contact to colleagues around the world. Related to this, you will travel approx. 30 days per year.

Auditor with experience within EHS EU legislation
You have a Master’s degree in engineering, e.g. Chemical, Environmental Management or similar. Your career has provided you with at least 2 years’ of experience from ISO 14001 and/or OHSAS 18001 auditing of larger companies. As such, you also bring a sound knowledge of EHS EU legislation.

To succeed, you will need a systematic and analytical work approach in combination with a positive and confident attitude, including the ability to inspire people to follow your recommendations and directions. Having the whole world as your workplace you will need to be able to communicate clearly in English, written and spoken.

You will join four skilled and dedicated employees in our Global EHS department based in LEO Pharma’s headquarter in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
