Due to growth BlueTown is recruiting an experienced Deployment Sr. Specialist, who will get the overall responsibility for the technical quality assurance of site installations worldwide. This is a key position, where you have the opportunity to gain influence, and you will be main point of contact for the technical staff at the local BlueTown offices.                                                                                                                                             
Key responsibilities:

• Technical deployment and supervision of suppliers (civil works on-site) 
• Training and guidance of suppliers in installation of BlueTown Wi-Fi systems 
• Commisioning of deployed installations
• Supplier follow up and management
• Quality assurance of the technical installations
• Outdoor deployment of BlueTown Wi-Fi systems for commercial use and for trial
• Ensuring correct Wi-Fi coverage / antenna adjustment

Furthermore you will be involved in completing documentation, developing test, commisioning documentation and ensuring that BlueTown has the necessary documentation in order to carry out the installation. 
You will work closely together with the local offices, and it is important that you have the desire and skills to carry out hands-on quality assurance when necessary. 

You have relevant technical educational background e.g. Electronic technician, combined with minimum 3 years experience with similar tasks  - preferably from a Telecom company installing for example 3G or 4G network.  In this position there is up to 100 days of travelling. Leadership experience and experience from working with different cultures is a plus.

As a person you are dedicated and self-driven has a good overview and flair for technique and mechanical design. You thrive with responsibility and are not afraid of taking the lead.
