As a Technical Consultant in Pharmaceutical Application Services you will become an expert in our customers’ LIMS and CDS systems by maintaining and managing applications that meet the strict and required processes present in the pharmaceutical industry. We deliver solutions to companies who expect a high level of quality and security and to whom any error is potentially fatal.

Your responsibilities as a Technical Consultant in Pharmaceutical Application Services 
You will maintain and develop critical systems in which documentation, testing and validation are very important due to the high demands from the pharmaceutical industry. 

You are able to take on many different roles:

• You deliver in-depth analysis of complex issues related to the technical aspects and the architecture of our customers’ systems.
• You contribute actively to the further build-up, documentation and operation of the systems and services.
• You provide recommendations about upgrades, new technical solutions and new functionalities.
• You participate in client meetings, where your job will be to understand the client’s needs and offer a stable solution that lives up to the customer’s expectations.
• You will also be involved in projects beyond technical support work, so it's important that you are able to create an overview of situations and prioritize well.

Other tasks and focus areas are configuration of software and solutions from third party suppliers, specialized within their own niche, while adhering to the regulatory demands of the pharma industry.

You will join the Pharmaceutical Application Services team
The team is part of the Life Science Application Outsourcing area, responsible for maintenance and further development of our customers’ critical systems. We have long-term agreements with our clients which gives us the opportunity to develop their systems and architectures over a longer period of time based on a deep understanding of their specific business needs.

You will be part of a large integrated team with 40 top professional colleagues, specialized in LIMS and CDS Applications, situated in Denmark and China. Out department is part of the Solutions division responsible for advising our customers on business and technology as well as designing and implementing IT solutions and applications.

Your qualifications and experience
You have a solid experience with complex IT solutions. You are a technical specialist by nature - always curious and enquiring - which has provided you with a deep insight that you share with your clients and colleagues.

Experience with LIMS or CDS software is a requirement either from a technical or super user perspective. The applications that we handle today are from the following vendors: Thermo Scientific, Labvantage, Waters, Labware and Perkin Elmer. 

You are keen to be a specialist in applications that have to live up to very high documentation and quality standards. 

You are used to working with structured processes and may have knowledge of ITIL, which is the best practice model that NNIT´s support model is based on.

You are fluent in both English and Danish

With your sharp analytical skills and ability to understand large technical systems supporting complex business processes, you are able to understand and explain complicated issues to technicians, project managers and customer representatives. It is important that you are able to create an overview of situations and prioritize well. 

You take initiative and use it to identify problems and tasks and solve them. It is considered a must that you are willing to learn and take ownership of tasks.
