Then, you may be the Project Manager we are looking for in QC Packaging Materials, Sourcing Operations, Bagsværd.
About the department
Sourcing Operations (SoOp) is the central purchasing area in Product Supply, responsible for purchasing, quality control, distribution and warehousing of the thousands of materials going into the production worldwide. You will join a department of approximately 60 employees responsible for the quality control of primary and printed packaging materials for the entire production system in Novo Nordisk A/S.
The job
As a project manager your main responsibility will be to drive larger projects within the department. In particular, you will drive all aspects regarding implementation of new core control equipment over the coming years. The processes require stable, precise, compliant and fast equipment to ensure scalable solutions for the continued growth of Novo Nordisk A/S. The solution may be automated vision-based instruments, so experience with defining and implementing similar equipment is an advantage. Understanding the requirements within the pharmaceutical industry is a necessity.
In this position, you will get a chance to work with many different colleagues across our organisation as well as external collaborators. Your success is dependent on your collaboration and communication skills and your ability to understand your stakeholders as well as the processes and gather relevant data. Additionally, you will be accountable for progress and transparency throughout the projects, by providing clear goals and direction for the project team, in a motivating and inspiring way.
This is a new position, where you can look forward to a great degree of influence. You will contribute to continuously improving the stability and efficiency of projects, ensuring that we are set for the future both in terms of growth and compliance.
Qualifications
You have an MSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar and a proven track-record within project management, new equipment implementation, data analysis and process optimization.
You are a self-starter who thrives with driving tasks and projects independently and you are motivated by ambitious goals. Your analytical skills enable you to challenge complex problems and processes, and to prioritize your efforts in an optimal way. You have a positive mind-set and are able to build relations with people at all levels in the organisation. Excellent communication skills are expected combined with solid PowerPoint and Excel skills. Finally, you speak and write English fluently.
