NNIT provides services within a broad range of Middleware tools like IBM MQ, IBM WebSphere Application Server, Oracle WebLogic, SOA and OSB, Tomcat and JBoss.
Your responsibilities as Operations Specialist
Your assignments will include:
- Taking part in daily operations of incidents, service and change requests
- Participate in 24*7 on call duty
- Write system documentation
- Optimize, consolidate and automate systems
- Participate in projects in regards to transitions, upgrades, system implementations, interfaces and configuration of environments
- Give advice and guidance towards customers
- Service development
You will join our Middleware and Batch Services team
As Middleware Operations specialist you will be part of a dedicated team which handles daily operations, standardizing and optimizing solutions.
The team consists of 29 employees globally, which are all specialists in delivering operations and customer solutions including consultant assignments.
Your qualifications and experience
You have several years of experience working with a wide range of IT solutions - the mentioned technologies are not a requirement. You have a good business mindset and are used to working with customers, using your strong analytic skills and structured approach. You understand the requirements for documentation and test, which is a vital part of the delivery.
As a person you are positive, outgoing and a team player. You thrive in a busy environment with multiple tasks that must be handled at once. You communicate clearly in Danish and English, both written and spoken, and you build strong relationships both with our customers and within NNIT.
You are an empathetic and dynamic person who focuses on people and results. Your personality inspires confidence with customers and creates enthusiasm among your colleagues.
